By opting into the Platinum Hearing SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to your interactions with our practice. These messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, customer service responses, hearing-care program announcements, follow-up on fittings or repairs, and related updates. Message frequency may vary based on your engagement with our services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may sign up again through any of our available opt-in methods, including website forms or in-person registration. Once you opt in again, SMS messaging will resume.
